Jackie is thirty-two going on twenty-one and Anne looks like Ellen and as far as they are concerned it makes them a perfect pair. The couple met eight and a half years ago in Providence. Jackie sat down at the bar where Anne worked and spent the better part of the evening flirting with her. At the end of the night she slipped Anne a note that read “Anne equals hot sex.” As Jackie was leaving Anne yelled, “So after writing that note aren’t you giving me your number?”And they’ve been together ever since. “The secret to our relationship is alcohol and patience. Jackie likes alcohol; Anne is patient.” Since Jackie works constantly Anne makes sure they have one date night a week. Says Jackie, “Compromise and lots of laughter are the things that keep us together.”
